This beauty is Twizzler. He's our new kitten. He's 3 1/2 months old. When Benny died in June, I was heart broken beyond belief, and swore I'd never get another cat. And, if it hadn't been for our remaining cat, Bean, I wouldn't have. But I think Bean's been lonely since Benny died, so I figured we'd get Twizzler for him. So far, Bean has done nothing but hiss at poor T, but I don't think that'll last long. His nose is just out of joint about another cat, but he'll be fine in a day or two. T just cowers from Bean, keeps his distance, and has otherwise become quite settled in his new home. We got him through ARF (Animal Rescue Foundation), of which I'm a volunteer. If you want a cat or a dog, you can contact them. We did, and look at our beautiful kitten.
Oh my gosh! He's adorable!!! Can't wait until we see him on Saturday! I miss my kitty very much. I am never getting another cat in her place... It would hurt too much. Nothing is wrong with getting Twizzler, but Kalli was more than just my kitty. She was like my best friend.

Benny was like my best friend, too, and I still miss him so much that I can't even think about him. Tell me what happened. I'm so looking forward to seeing you all on Saturday!

ReplyDeleteYou'll be able to enjoy Twizzler's company again this weekend, if you are still coming for a sleep over on Saturday. You'll be sleeping in my bed, and Twiz and Bean both like to sleep in that bed. Be warned, though. Twiz loves to sleep right by your face!! :)
